Description:
The corridor study area is defined as the 7.3-mile stretch of road along Missouri Highway 7, bordered by Pink Hill Road on the North and Colburn Road on the South and includes all adjacent properties along the corridor. The analysis includes examination of the roadway, its components, and its surrounding land uses and properties. In addition to the examination of the roadway and its adjacent properties, analysis of surrounding areas is also included in order to determine social, environmental, and economic effects of potential improvements on surrounding locations.
